Join me on Valentine's Day for a heart opening gentle yoga class to celebrate self-love. All roads lead back to love, specifically self-love. The most important relationship we'll ever have is the one we have with ourselves. When you love yourself you treat yourself with the same care, kindness, compassion, and respect you would offer a dear friend. This internal acceptance leads to enhanced feelings of self-worth, encouraging choices and habits that support your wellbeing. Love is always available within, so let's cultivate it together, get those good vibes flowing, and radiate it out to the world.
All levels are welcome to join this gentle yoga class! It will take place virtually and will include a themed sequence to let self-love flow. Distance Reiki will be offered during savasana.
