Sometimes we feel like we need to fix ourselves, but taking action from this place sends the message, “I am broken”. It is when we stop trying to constantly “fix” that everything shifts. What would happen if you drop the intention to “fix” and you did something because you enjoyed it or because you are worthy of feeling good?
I want to remind you that you are not broken, there is nothing to fix. You are whole and complete. Let your intention be, “I love and accept myself fully.” When we intentionally love and accept ourselves that’s when the magic happens, because the Universe responds to who you are being (thank you, quantum physics). The message you broadcast (aka your energy) sets the tone.
This tone, this energy behind intention is everything because it has ripple effects. With intention you can shift from feeling broken to feeling whole, from chasing to receiving, from feeling lack to feeling abundant, and from feeling worthy to feeling loved.
So let’s return back home through self-love. Love is always available within, so let's cultivate it together, get those good vibes flowing, and radiate it out to the world. Let love be your frequency.
All levels are welcome to join this gentle yoga class! It will take place virtually and will include a themed sequence to let self-love flow. Distance Reiki will be offered during savasana.
