Harvest Calm This Fall

Align with autumn as we slow down and tune in to the rhythm of the seasons, getting back to what’s really important - your wellbeing. In a modern world of fast-paced living, never ending to-do lists, and competition, it’s not uncommon to feel disconnected, stressed, and overstimulated - running on autopilot and mental scripts that weigh us down. However, syncing with the seasons through mind, body, and connection allows us to embody slow and mindful living. This creates space for peace, calm, empowerment, and joy to emerge as your daily baseline.

Seasonally sound is an invitation to guide you back home, to yourself, to inherent peace, to overall wellbeing. Let’s nurture ourselves this season by moving our bodies, calming our minds, connecting with others, and celebrating small moments of magic and joy. We will be cultivating sustainability from the inside out, learning how to nurture both our internal and external ecosystems through yoga, meditation, journaling, Reiki, and environmental science.  Since Earth provides nourishment for us, part of this personal wellness program will include light teachings around planetary wellness too.  Therefore simple and accessible sustainable practices for the season will be offered as another loving form of self-care.

Enjoy this program from the comfort of your own home as all classes are virtual and will be recorded if you are unable to attend live. You are encouraged to rewatch the classes as often as you’d like between sessions, moving at your own pace. An intimate online community will be included as well, where we can share activities, practices, recipes, and rituals that ground us into the season.

Your Autumn Experience:

  • Six 75 minute classes tailored to the theme of the season. Each class will focus on it’s own topic to guide us in embodying the rhythm of the season through mind, body, and spirit. It includes guided meditation, a 60-minute gentle yoga flow, journal prompts, and Reiki. The classes are beginner friendly and all levels are welcome!

  • Gentle yet grounding yoga flows rooted in the seasonal energy of fall, each curated with it’s own theme per class. The yoga flows are beginner friendly and all levels are welcome.

  • Gentle and guided meditation during every class to help you settle the mind and restore your energy.

  • Distance Reiki during Savasana at the end of every class for deep relaxation and energetic balance.

  • Journal prompts that encourage reflection and release for each session and beyond, pertaining to the theme of the class.

  • A private online space where we can connect and share activities, practices, recipes, and rituals that ground us into the season.

  • Explore sustainable choices that promote both personal and planetary wellbeing.
