Relax into the weekend with me on Friday evenings for some candlelight Reiki Restorative Yoga. This super cozy and nurturing class is all about softening and opening in a nourishing way with supportive props and gentle Reiki. There are many benefits to a restorative practice including but not limited to improving sleep, boosting immunity, balancing the nervous system, aiding in digestion, and improving mood.
So join me in this gentle space and restore the sense of safety and love in your body. Let yourself be held. Let yourself be supported. Relax back into yourself.
